Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Engage in conversations with customers to answer any technical queries/enquiries with regards to product specification and application.
• Prepare quotations to customer.
• Pick up of customer's items & delivery of goods to customers.
• Plan weekly production scheduling.
• Liaising with production to ensure production schedule is align with delivery date.
• Perform on-site servicing & installation of goods to customer's equipment.
Job requirements:
• Must possess a class 3 driving class & must be able to drive company's vehicle.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have a pleasant personality to engage in conversations with regards to customers' queries.
• Must be able to read engineering drawings, An added advantage if you are able to use Solidworkds software to draw.
Minimum qualification:
Nitec / Polytechnic diploma in engineering with 2-3 yrs work experience.
