Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role of Projector Coordinator / Project Supervisor involves management, supervision and co-ordination of construction activities in accordance to health and safety guidelines. Meeting project goals, target and timing report progresses to the Project manager/ Project director.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with the clients, subcontractors, and consultants on project matters of management, supervision and coordination of construction activities.
  • Supervise team members, subcontractors and daily work activities on one or more project site(s) allocated.
  • Regular check to ensure supervisors and workers meet client & regulatory requirements; environmental, safety and health requirements.
  • Monitor progress at site and put-up progress claim. Coordinate and assist QS and Project Manager on project progress and claims.
  • Carry out other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma, Trade Certs or equivalent.
  • Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Required skills(s): MS Excel and MS Word
  • Prefer with experience working with Town Council in R&R and A &A Works / Construction Works.
  • Job seeker without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
  • Prefer a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
