Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
• Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
- Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
• Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
• Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to building management to obtained PTW
• Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings
• Ability to run projects within budget and schedule
• Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
• Excellent project & people management skills
• Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
• At least 1 year experience
