Responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's brand through the development and implementation of strategic brand initiatives. This role will involve identifying new brand opportunities, creating, and executing plans to capitalize on them, and managing brand performance metrics to drive business results.

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute brand development strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that support brand development initiatives
  • Analyse brand performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels and touchpoint
  • Plan and execute brand events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for brand development initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support branding initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:-

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful brand development strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of brand development principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
