Operations Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient operation of the food court, including both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned areas.
Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and workflows.
Develop team members through personalized growth plans aligned with company KPIs.
Monitor profit and loss for the outlet, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
Manage the collection of monthly stall rentals.
Suggest activities based on market trends and needs.
Prepare annual sales budget proposals for the outlet.
Foster strong relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants.
Support inspections by relevant authorities (NEA, SFA, Civil Defense) and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
Collaborate with landlords on building issues, joint promotions, and events.
Manage lease renewals, negotiating terms with stall tenants as needed.
Identify and recommend suitable food offerings to fill vacant stalls.
Conduct regular hygiene, service, and quality checks, providing feedback to stall tenants.
Ensure stall pricing aligns with agreements.
Evaluate the performance of stall tenants and provide constructive feedback.
Guide stall tenants and cleaning contractors to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
Conduct daily roll calls and hold weekly and monthly meetings for the outlet.
Plan and execute maintenance and enhancement projects on schedule.

Job Requirements:

Passionate about the F&B industry and its operational processes.
Diploma in F&B, supply chain, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in food court operations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
