Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Appointments & Recruitment Department
Participate in and contribute to our ongoing AI initiative
Process various types of payments, including purchase order payments
Submit invoices for Direct Payment to the Finance department
Manage and organise departmental documents and records
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities
Support other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Experience with or willingness to learn Robotics Process Automation (RPA) processes
Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
Immediate availability to start work – can start November 2024
