Our Singapore studio is currently on the lookout for creative, passionate and experienced Interior Designers to be part of a team focused on the design and delivery of both retail and mixed use projects from Concept right through to Detail Design and Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and ideas that align with the project vision and client requirements
- Prepare detailed design plans, including sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure design integrity.
- Attend client meetings with the support of the project leader leading or contributing to client presentations if needed.
- Competently source reference material and carry out research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
- Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues if any.
- Taking part in the project communication, including liaising with the design & construction team.
- Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
- Ensure successful delivery and completion of a project within agreed timelines and budgets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
