Who We Are Looking For?
As a Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time), he/she is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our retail business. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and businesses.
What awaits you:
- Provide quality customer service to customers via various channels that include but not limited to calls, online, live chat, walk-ins etc.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary.
- Membership matters such activation of cards, loss cards replacements.
