- Apply banquet knowledge for high-level functions
- 3-5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, or as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals
- Must have banquet knowledge and experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and guests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol
