Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Go-To-Market Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our insurance related products and referral rewards.

Your primary goal will be to drive traffic to our mobile app, generate leads, increase conversions leading to revenue growth. This is done by crafting compelling content and effectively positioning our products in the market to the target customer segments across the various media platforms especially social media.

You will need to keep up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, digital consumption shifts of customers to continuously refine and optimize our go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, social media management and with a proven track record of successfully launching products. We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader who can balance deep strategic work with crafting crisp messaging, all while moving fast to get results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and project manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Partner with other teams across the company and external agencies (if needed) to develop a compelling product positioning and messaging for new and existing products by understanding competitive drivers, researching market trends, and customers insights.
  • Planning and developing social media campaigns, crafting compelling content, posting content across social media accounts
  • Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, media management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project and budget management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the financial industry.
