Job Overview:

As the Bakery Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and efficient management of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including inventory management, product quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bakery staff to ensure smooth operation. Foster a positive work environment and provide opportunities for employee development.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, complaints, and ensuring consistent product quality.
Sales & Financial Management: Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control expenses, and work to achieve financial targets.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Manage stock levels, ensure the timely procurement of ingredients and materials.
Compliance: Ensure the bakery adheres to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards, as well as company policies.
Marketing & Promotion: Work with the marketing team to implement promotions, seasonal offerings, and other strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a bakery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
