  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our rapidly growing startup on a service contract basis. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems, and providing exceptional support to our global team of 40 employees.

Responsibilities:

Part 1: General IT Management

  • Serve as the go-to person for all general IT topics and issues.
  • Manage end-user computing, including hardware, software, and network access.
  • Oversee user logins and access controls.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees.

Part 2: Application Ownership

  • Manage all SaaS solutions, tools, and platforms used by the company.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and operation of these applications.
  • Provide end-to-end management of application lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to address issues and optimize performance.

Part 3: Business Partnership

  • Serve as a business partner to advocate for the effective use of technology tools and solutions.
  • Train and educate employees on the use of IT systems and applications.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency through the implementation of innovative technologies.
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
