We're excited to announce that we are currently hiring for 4 enriching internship positions: Finance Intern, HR Intern, Project Management Intern and Business Intern, each offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our dynamic team.

1) Finance Intern:

  • Assist in performing daily invoicing tasks and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the company's accounting system.
  • Help prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) for all clients under the supervision of a senior finance team member.
  • Support the team in tracking outstanding invoices and liaising with customers to facilitate timely payments.
  • Aid in updating and maintaining the cashbook with daily financial transactions.
  • Undertake various administrative duties within the finance department, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports as directed.

2) Human Resource Intern:

Office Administrative Duties

  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including liaising with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist in booking travel and accommodation for employees and management, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently.
  • IT Support Coordination: Collaborate with the IT team or vendors to assist with basic IT-related tasks (e.g., troubleshooting office equipment).
  • Stationery Replenishment: Monitor and reorder office supplies such as stationery and pantry items, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Pantry and Lunch Arrangements: Assist in managing pantry supplies, organizing company lunches, and ensuring a comfortable break environment for employees.
  • Any ad hoc related task

HR Support Duties

  • Interview Scheduling: Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Training Liaison: Help organize internal and external training sessions, including liaising with trainers, booking venues, and managing participants.
  • Survey Form Management: Manage employee surveys, send out requests, and follow up with reminders to ensure timely submission and feedback.
  • Any ad hoc related task

3) Project Management Intern:

  • Review and compare samples and artworks to ensure they align with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor the progress of deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and flagging discrepancies or delays.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or issues in the workflow and escalate them to the relevant team members or managers promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and provide updates on project status, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolution of any concerns.
  • Any related ad hoc task

4) Business Intern:

  • Provide artwork briefs from sales to the design team and follow up on artwork status.
  • Review company given websites to source for prospective leads for the company
  • Prepare paperwork, such as quotations, sales orders/purchase orders, and others.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure project completion within schedule.
  • Prepare sales proposals for management review with help from salesperson.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
