Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Development Executive to drive our market expansion in the soundproofing industry. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective soundproofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze transaction data to identify problems and optimize strategies and plans for improvement.
- Assist merchants in resolving operational issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with clients to enhance their customer experience through innovative solutions.
- Proactively engage with leads in a timely manner to build relationships and facilitate onboarding.
- Conduct visits to target merchants to introduce our platform and invite them to join.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Address potential client questions, follow up on inquiries promptly, and respond to requests for proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Construction and Interior design industry.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the local area for client meetings.
