Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, streamlining manufacturing processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead supply chain and manufacturing programs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and manufacturing processes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in supply chain and manufacturing processes and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with production schedules.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all supply chain and manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 7 of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, or program management within a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques is highly desirable.
