Responsibilities:
Be a Calvin Klein ambassador at all times
Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers
Demonstrate expertise in all products and in-store promotions/activities
Understand and adhere to the Visual Merchandising standards
Drive and achieve monthly team sales target
Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/cross-sell at the point of service
Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed
Adhere to company’s SOP at all times
Any other duties assigned by superior

CREATIVITY: Possess a high degree of fashion trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Ability to identify problems, provide an in-depth perspective of the problem and solution to solve it. Generate ideas through creative thinking and critical evaluation.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive
A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
