Join our interior design firm as an Assistant Project Coordinator and support the seamless execution of beautiful spaces. We are looking for a proactive and efficient individual to assist our project managers and designers in delivering outstanding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from inception to completion.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Support project managers in managing budgets, quotations, and purchase orders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Education: A diploma or degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Personality: A team player with excellent communication skills, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with interior design processes and software such as AutoCAD or 3D rendering tools.
