Responsibilities:
Process member payments (AXS, Paynow, internet banking).
Verify cheques and manage dishonored transactions.
Handle GIRO applications and resolve collection issues.
Manage recurring credit card deductions.
Collect and reconcile weekly sales receipts from F&B outlets.
Generate monthly fees and respond to member inquiries.
Prepare member statements and refund lists.
Participate in audits and perform account reconciliations.
Assist with ad hoc projects and cover for team members as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting/ Finance /LCCI or any equivalent with 2 years of experience in handling and servicing customer enquiries
Possess good interpersonal skills
