About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Ops Executive to join our team on a contract basis. Based in the Boon Lay West Region, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and operational support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business Development (BD) and coordinate meetings.
Prepare monthly sales reports for submission to higher managements.
Analyze sales and competitors’ data and prepare presentations for management.
Work closely with Finance, PM and Ops teams to deliver assigned tasks.
Assist in ad hoc tasks and activities.
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or with 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
