Job Description:
- Standardize Key Finance Processes Regionally: Lead efforts to standardize and streamline finance processes across regional operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement Platforms and Technologies: Cooperate with system teams to design and drive the adoption of platforms to automate and improve financial processes
- Model Finance Processes: Analyse and model finance processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Prioritize Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize process improvement requirements, providing well-documented business cases to justify resource allocation
- Develop Performance Metrics: Create and manage performance metrics to measure and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project objectives and outcomes with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Coordinate Joint Effort: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement standardized solutions regionally
- Timeline Alignment: Coordinate with relevant system teams to align the development timeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong background in finance operations or financial management
- At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, with a solid understanding of financial processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, etc); or 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), or relevant systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and successful process optimization experiences
- Experience in product management or consulting is considered a valuable asset
- Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute finance transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and transformation
