  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate to join their M&A/Private Equity practice in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border deals across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage M&A and Private Equity transactions with minimal supervision
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on complex legal matters
  • Handle due diligence, negotiations, and transaction structuring independently
  • Draft and review key transaction documents
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers in the team
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in M&A/Private Equity
  • Qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction
  • Experience in Energy and Infrastructure deals will be viewed favourably
  • Working knowledge of India market is highly advantageous
  • Ability to independently manage transactions from start to finish
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills
  • Strong client relationship management abilities
