MISSION:

• Application Laboratory: Support the Application Lab team.
• FDM: Supporting and coordinating Fragrance Development projects for cross-category in creating winning fragrances.
  
  
  

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

Application Lab:

• Assist the day-to-day operations of the Applications lab team under the supervision of
  
  
  

the senior staff.

• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment as well as supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis, including labelling.
• Collect and record data accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  
  
  

FDM:

• Supporting Project Leaders in projects cross-category for ASEAN region:
• Library Screening
• Evaluation support: participation and arrangement & decontamination
• Sample request
• Stability test
• Performance chart
• Submission update in Procis
• Support the building of internal fragrance collection for specific markets
• Support FDM team on proactive projects and department activities.
• Support smelling session collaborated with assigned Project Leaders & Mktg
  
  
  

Note: Internships will be alternate between Application Lab and FDM

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Diploma in physical science (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc) or related discipline
  
  
  

LANGUAGES

• English Fluency
  
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
