Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

Attend inbound calls
Attend to email enquiries
Perform investigation and follow-up on escalated cases
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

Proficient in English
Basic MS office knowledge - Words & Excel
A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Contract length: 2.5 months

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
