Requirements
3 years of experience in any administration role preferred
Candidates without prior HR experience/knowledge may apply
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)
Independent, meticulous, resourceful
Able to adhere to Company policies
Knowledge of Marine recruitment will be advantageous (not required, but good to have)
Job Description - including, but not limited to:
1. Recruitment
Advertising of vacancies
Preparing interview documents and related matters
Preparing offer documents
Preparing employment contracts
Maintaining the database of interviews and hiring
Liaise with other departments for recruitment matters
2. Probation
Monitor of probation of crewmembers
Follow up on probation matters of crewmembers
Prepare probation documents
3. Others/ad-hoc
Liaising with Payroll Department on salary and related enquiries
Prepare listing for payroll purposes
Ad-hoc duties as required by General Manager
Responding to requirements of other departments
Willing to attend seminars or lectures relevant to succeed the role
Able to attend Company events as required
