Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing programs for low-income children and families at My First Skool centres
  • Process applications towards programs funded by Bright Horizons Fund and ensure accuracy in monthly finance processing matters
  • Ability to manage and engage different stakeholders and vendors to ensure success of the programs
  • Ability to manage logistics and administrative matters related to program delivery
  • Assist in ensuring quality in program delivery through onsite observations
  • Prepare and organize programme data for reporting purposes
  • Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements

  • Degree from recognized university from any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite is an advantage
  • Passionate about supporting children and families with needs
  • Good communication skills with variety of stakeholders including vendors, colleagues in the various departments, as well as teachers and principals
  • Responsible and good team player
  • Meticulous, detail oriented and good time management, able to prioritize tasks and independent
