Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing programs for low-income children and families at My First Skool centres
- Process applications towards programs funded by Bright Horizons Fund and ensure accuracy in monthly finance processing matters
- Ability to manage and engage different stakeholders and vendors to ensure success of the programs
- Ability to manage logistics and administrative matters related to program delivery
- Assist in ensuring quality in program delivery through onsite observations
- Prepare and organize programme data for reporting purposes
- Any other ad-hoc matters
- Degree from recognized university from any disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite is an advantage
- Passionate about supporting children and families with needs
- Good communication skills with variety of stakeholders including vendors, colleagues in the various departments, as well as teachers and principals
- Responsible and good team player
- Meticulous, detail oriented and good time management, able to prioritize tasks and independent
