The global Monetization Integrity(MI) team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with internal stakeholders to design the company's advertising policies, implement content review processes, manage content review processes and use data analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate risks and recommend solutions to reduce risk exposure, with well-balanced experience. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ad experience for the community.

The MI User Experience Team serves these teams by addressing key user experience and after conversion risk concerns at a platform, product, process and policy level. Identifying risks along these four key pillars, we will seek to provide insights, generate policy, optimize risk mechanisms, and expand co-governance collaboration with cross functional partners.

1. Act as an independent touch point for risk control advisor who supports integrity teams performing risk assessments, advising teams on risk management, and risk strategies.
2. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale to reduce risk.
3. Prepare regular reports for management on the status of risks and recommended solutions.
4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new risks to ensure organizational risks are mitigated.
5. Develop and track risk KPIs across teams; work to ensure alignment of multiple stakeholders across Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales; work together to implement solutions.
1. Become an expert in TikTok Ads infrastructure, policies, products, tools, systems, and data.
2. Serve as primary point of contact to provide ad-hoc and regular risk investigations support to stakeholders in Ads Policy and Product teams.
