Boxgreen is on the lookout for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and supply chain team within our rapidly growing business. In this position, you will work closely with the Co-Founders, utilizing your leadership and strategic expertise to drive the companys expansion into new markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the companys goals for international growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end global supply chain to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and nurture a high-performing operations team to achieve our objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the procurement team to enhance operational synergy.
- Establish performance plans and KPIs to monitor progress and drive accountability.
- Partner directly with the founders to align on key initiatives and strategic direction.
- Work alongside other C-Suite leaders to ensure cohesive operational strategies across the organization.
- Manage the logistics of importing and exporting materials and goods, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the operations framework to support sustainable growth.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG, F&B, retail, or consumer goods.
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in startup environments, with a proven ability to develop and implement processes is highly desirable.

- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
