Role Purpose{{:}}
To assist in the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This position supports the Regional IT Infrastructure Manager in overseeing network systems, servers, storage, and overall IT architecture to meet business needs. The Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager also contributes to troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and managing infrastructure projects.

Role Purpose{{:}}
To assist in the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. The Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager also contributes to troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and managing infrastructure projects.
Main Roles and Responsibilities{{:}}
- Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switches & VPN)
- Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, mobile devices management
- Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other IT assets inventory
- Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users including Active directory, Print, Mail, and Windows servers
- Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to first level team
- Source, manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, telephony, data recovery and desktop/laptop computer support
- Establish the IT guidelines and security policies to educate the employees on good IT practices
- Perform any job-related duties as assigned by the superior
- 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of21 year in providing end-user support
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems
- A strong team player with ability to work in a collaborative environment
