Currently, we are looking for a Data Management Analyst to join our Team with the following responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management: Oversee the global master data lifecycle processes, including the creation, validation, and deactivation of data specific to ERP, Financial, and CRM systems.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures relevant to these databases.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all ERP, Financial, CRM and subsystems data sources.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support business requests, maintain data integrity and define data standards and suggest or support process improvements and best practices in relation to Management Data Maintenance, lifecycle management or business analytics.
  • Monitor data usage and compliance with data governance policies within ERP, Financial, and CRM contexts.
  • Conduct regular data audits and quality assessments for these databases.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data management practices related to ERP, Financial, and CRM data.
  • Resolve data-related issues and discrepancies within these systems.
  • Maintain documentation for data management processes and policies pertinent to ERP, Financial, and CRM databases.
  • Able to translate business requirements into data modelling solutions and data infrastructure.
  • Responsible for data migration and data standardisations within the organisations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in master data management or a similar role.
  • Experience in using RapidStart tools and Configuration Packages for Dynamics Navision and/or Business Central.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and possess advanced SQL queries skill.
  • Experience in setting up data warehouse using Azure Data Lake and/or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, data governance tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).
