Our client is a Singapore headquartered company in the equipment manufacturing sector. They have a well-established brand name and has good market presence globally. They continue to invest and has good plans to grow both organically and inorganically. They are currently looking to recruit a CFO to lead the finance function for the company.

In this position, you will lead the finance organization and partner with the CEO on business expansion opportunities. You will have responsibilities for financial and management reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls as well as human resources. You will also take an active role in strengthening performance management. This includes an active review of cash flow, cost optimization, and asset optimization.

You will also be involved in transformational projects and business expansion initiatives. You will also be a key part of the senior leadership team on business development activities as well as capital fundraising initiatives.

Ideally, you are a degree-qualified CPA with at least 20 year’s post-graduation experience. You have demonstrated finance leadership experience gained from progressive corporates. You have broad-based finance experience and are a strategic thinker.

You have demonstrated a track record in building a high-performing team and possess executive maturity. You have strong influencing skills and demonstrate good commercial acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for the success of this role.

Prior experience in investor relations communications and IPO experience will be advantageous for this role.
