The Role

The responsibility of HR Operations includes administering and maintaining HR systems and files, managing interviews, administrating the career portal, onboarding/offboarding process, and handling applications related to ICA/MOM on entry visa/employment pass. This role also manages the preparation of various letters such as certificates of employment, memos, and supports annual compensation review. Other tasks include attending to ad-hoc queries and processing monthly payroll. Benefits administration involves participating in staff programs, management of absence records, and coordinating staff insurance.

Your Profile

You should have at least a Diploma in any discipline, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling HR operational duties. You should have knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
