HRnetOne is partnering a Globally Renowned Consumer MNC in their search for a strong HR Business Partner who will also dual-hat as the Head of Talent.

Role is based in Singapore and reporting to Head of HR for the Region. You will work closely with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture, while also overseeing key talent initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.

This role will work directly with senior commercial stakeholders for a key business unit and concurrently drive and elevate the talent agenda across the region.

Key Focuses of the Role

  • Proactive advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR partnership to support business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational performance and align with long-term business objectives.
  • Provide counsel and close support to Line Managers in Performance Management, Employee Development and Succession Planning
  • Annual Talent Management cycle e.g. performance management, succession planning, talent management, talent mobility.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Roll out of global & regional initiatives with necessary localization tweaks to support the business needs

Do You Have What It Takes

  • At least 12 Years HR Experience preferably in HRBP / Talent Management
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Strong Collaborator & Influencing
  • Prior experience in FMCG or B2C industries would be an edge
  • Understanding of Asia Consumer Landscape
