Application Support Analyst

This role focuses on problem-solving within trading applications and exchange connectivity for Global Derivatives Markets. As part of there award-winning application support team, you'll collaborate directly with clients to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to complex trading strategies. You'll also have direct communication with our software and infrastructure engineers, gaining valuable experience and expertise along the way.

In this position, you'll work with cutting-edge low-latency trade execution technologies, maintaining both Linux server and Windows client applications across our globally distributed architecture, including proprietary private cloud and public cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client support requests and inquiries.
  • Actively monitor and respond to alerts for critical systems and infrastructure, resolving issues when possible and escalating to other teams as needed.
  • Assist customers with issues related to order entry, risk management, and exchange connectivity.
  • Analyze complex order and trade histories to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with new customers to coordinate the deployment and configuration of there products.

About You

  • Experience with Linux OS and Linux-based server applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to perform complex log file analysis and identify root causes of issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, front-office environment, particularly under pressure or in time-sensitive situations.
