As a Scalp Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

Location: Orchard Central

$3,000 - 5 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)

$3,500 - 6 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with expert hair and scalp analyses and treatments.
• Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
• Conduct proper diagnosis, the consultant must prescribe treatment as well.
• Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
• Customize treatment packages according to customers' scalp condition.
• Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers).
• Perform hands-on treatments at times (hair wash, massage scalp, apply treatment, blow dry).
• Follow-up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
• Diligently attend training programs as and when scheduled by Management.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Scalp Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers’ needs and paying attention to details.
• Proven professional certificate is a plus.
• Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated.
• With good language proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends and public holidays.
• NOTE: Unfortunately, company do not have quota for foreigners, Work Pass/Visa will NOT be provided by the company.
