Job Summary

  • Managing the application and renewal of airport passes and trainings for employees or contractors as and when required
  • Regular checking and verifying of staff attendance via TMS
  • Collaborate with internal L&D team and being the point of contact for administering of trainings (both internal and external) for employees, including our subsidiaries in various regions
  • Assist in handling employee related matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances
  • Establish and provide administrative support of P-filling and storage of documents
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Team as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months.
  • Undergraduate in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Willingness, reliable, flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work independently
  • Meticulous and task-oriented
