Objectives of this Role

• Reporting to the delivery head and responsible for successfully leading and delivering transformation engagements in Singapore:

• Hands on delivery leadership across project teams, ensuring program goals and contractual commitments are delivered with desired quality, SLAs & customer satisfaction

• Deliver Quality outcomes: Strategize, plan, implement and deliver projects using right processes, tools fit for purpose; drive continuous service improvements and value-added services for our customers

• Collaborate: Actively communicate & collaborate with key stakeholders internal & external for project execution; work with sales and service lines for enabling growth

• KPI’s & KRA’s - Effective planning, tracking & management of Delivery and Operational KPIs / KRAs

• People Management: Active engagement with associates across project and program teams for a productive and happy working environment, creating opportunities for learning & growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Hands on delivery and operations management across projects, in line with contractual commitments and SLA’s; as well as organizational goals & KPI’s

• Work closely with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

• Actively collaborate with various service lines and external partners, if any, necessary for executing customer programs / projects successfully

• Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

• Manage budget, cost estimates for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

• Enable new solutions by engaging with appropriate service lines and external partners, as required

• Actively work with Sales & PreSales and competencies across Service Lines enabling new opportunities for growth

• Active collaboration with all support functions for Operational needs across Program / Projects.

• Human Resource Planning, driving learning goals, upskilling, future skilling for associates across your program

Skills and Qualifications

• Overall experience of 18 + years, with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in delivering large transformation programs.

• In depth software development experience and expertise, must have solid understanding and background delivering software solutions.

• Proven delivery & program management for large business application transformation programs, Fixed Price System Integration Implementation Projects & Managed Services engagements

• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

• Capable to work and drive project teams on problem solving – technical or functional

• Capable to lead large teams across multiple locations - onsite & offshore

• Capable in stakeholder management, presentations to Senior Leaders / Steer Co members and driving critical action items to closure.

• Capable with active engagement of customer and 3rd party project stakeholders focus on scope, change management and driving timely resolution of actions and open issues.

• Hands on with ensuring and establishing a detailed work breakdown structure, identifying & tracking project critical path, tracking issues, identifying / mitigating risks; driving quality standards and measures for high quality deliverable with timely reviews and sign offs.
