  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our Client is a tech-savvy coffee brand that has been redefining convenience for busy urban dwellers. With its core emphasis on making premium beverages accessible to everyone, they are continuously adapting their offerings and services to meet evolving consumer preferences.

As a Senior IP Counsel, this person should be an experienced attorney with over 8 years in intellectual property and brand protection to manage and enforce its global IP portfolio. Reporting to the Legal Director of the International Legal team, this role involves overseeing trademark management, handling judicial matters like oppositions and cancellations, and collaborating with both internal teams and external counsel to strategise brand growth and protection. This person will also develop trademark clearance strategies, draft and negotiate licenses, and support marketing compliance reviews.

The successful candidate shall come with a prestigious law degree, qualification in a common law jurisdiction (preferably the US), extensive IP litigation experience, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
