The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects within healthcare. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and medical professionals, to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to bridge stakeholders with development teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design and implementation of specialized modules within the new Healthcare Management System.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for developers.
  • Participate in system design, development, and testing to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries or stored procedures is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in documenting user journey maps, process flows, and use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum environments is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach.
