AR Executive (South West/ Healthcare/ $4k + Good Bonus!)

Responsibilities

You will handle the hospital's pharmacare finance functions of Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The duties include:

• Creating sales invoices
• Verifying collections from pharmacare outlets
• Performing both bank and inter-company reconciliations
• Perform closing of accounts, prepare audit schedules and update bank mandates
• Liaise with the hospital's pharmacare and Facilities Development to obtain information on capitalisation, fixed assets and leases and be updated with any movements in fixed assets
• Report to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Min 6 years of AR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in handling heavy volumes of work
• Able to accept and adapt to manual processes (vs automated accounting software)

• Knowledge in SAP
• Prior experience in retail pharmacies
