Functions and Responsibilities:
Plan
- Portfolio Strategy at regional level (Brand & Markets combination).
- Regional Marketing Plan including Innovation and core lines, ATL, BTL, and work closely with Retail and Education as part of brand building.
- Localization needs for Travel Retail APAC and coordination with Global brand teams.
- Work closely with Global Travel Retail (GTR) and Global brand teams on TR strategy implementation.
- Annual Budget by Brand, by line and growth drivers.
- Forecasting & Pricing.
- Annual TFWA events.
- Marketing calendar alignment and management.
Execute
- Perfect execution of Annual Regional Marketing Plans and contingency plans when needed.
- Media, PR, CRM, E-Commerce, Digital and Social Management.
- Sell-out analysis (market share, productivities, distribution, pricing, competitors, ROI of activations).
- Establish pricing based on brands recommendation, regional indexes and coordination with domestic.
- Contribution to the team meetings (communication of marketing plans and priorities by brand) and to business reviews preparation for Key Accounts, Top management, Retailers.
- Support GM in identifying growth opportunities in clients and adapting the marketing strategy.
Business Control/ Ownership
- Control the P&L per brand considering Net Revenues, COGs, Media expenditure, Promotional/POS investment.
- Marketing Budget (ATL & BTL).
- Other Marketing expenses and T&E.
- Stocks and obsoletes, playing an active role in designing actions to reduce them.
- Manage budget and timeline.
Retail Management
- Responsible for overall management of permanent and temporary projects.
- Ensure the team implement Retail Excellence for permanent and temporary spaces.
- Manage and control budget of CAPEX and OPEX.
- Cost optimization for general contractors and suppliers.
People Management
- Marketing and Visual Merchandising Team management.
Requirements:
Experience: 10 years of similar experience in a regional role in the Travel Retail Channel in Asia-Pacific. Experience in the fragrance/ beauty industry is necessary.
Education: Masters or Degree holder in Marketing or Business.
Languages: Fluent in written and conversational English.
