Primary Objectives

To ensure smooth running of payroll for Bus Captains and non-executive staff in SBST Group.

Major Responsibilities (Payroll Administration)

  • Responsible for the smooth execution and payment of salaries to non-executive employees
  • Review, streamline and safeguard payroll processes
  • Monthly payroll processing and troubleshooting
  • Update and maintain payroll data in the SAP
  • Handles queries on payroll related matters
  • Assist Finance in payroll reconciliations
  • Extract data and generate reports via SAP as and when required by various departments/agency.
  • Create break, daily and period work schedules as and when required via SAP

Job Specifications

  • Degree in any displine
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
