  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities
  • Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
  • Manage customer consignment programs
  • Responsible for on-time deliveries for both internal (engineers) and external customers
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, and engineers to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
  • Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers (duplicate as 4- remove)
  • Maintain stock inventory and manage stock movement.
  • Update customer price books
  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentation
  • Attending to inquiries from customers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship

Requirements :
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Diploma in Customer and Service Management-related fields
  • Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Available to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
