Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating team activities
  • Manage and maintain systems, databases and documentation to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the team in gathering, analysing and presenting data for reporting purposes
  • Generate comprehensive reports, dashboards and presentations to drive actionable insights and shape strategic decisions
  • Identify and address issues or anomalies in reports, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Work closely with other departments, providing feedback to optimise overall operations and boost efficiency
  • Apply creative and innovative strategies to solve problems effectively
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the team

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in a related field
  • Experience in assisting with data analysis or report preparation
  • Open and willing to learn and grow with the team
  • Strong analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word is a must
  • Good business acumen and experience with data analytics will be a bonus
