We are helping our client looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join the team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of customer service best practices, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the customer service team, managing customer inquiries, and re-solving customer issues on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives(team size around 10-20)
  • Monitor customer service representative performance and provide feedback
  • Develop customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments
  • Ensure customers’ issues are resolved on time
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer service training to new and existing employees

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in leading customer service teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
