We are helping our client looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join the team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of customer service best practices, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the customer service team, managing customer inquiries, and re-solving customer issues on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives(team size around 10-20)
- Monitor customer service representative performance and provide feedback
- Develop customer service policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Ensure customers’ issues are resolved on time
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Develop customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide customer service training to new and existing employees
Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Proven experience in leading customer service teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
