Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Surprise Reviews:

  • Conduct CCTV and cash count reviews for F&B, Retail, and Ticketing departments.
  • Verify adherence to cash handling and security protocols, ensuring operational compliance.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Update documentation for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), collate relevant data from various business units, and organize meetings to discuss risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Audit Support

  • Assist in internal audit by preparing relevant documents and reports related to compliance and operational reviews.
  • Work closely with internal audit teams to provide necessary insights and data related to compliance and standard operating protocols (SOP).
  • Review and update PDPA policies while coordinating training sessions for staff on data protection best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Tender Board support team to assist users in accessing the Tender Board.

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):

  • Liaise with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure that the organization complies with all relevant data protection laws and regulations

Admin Support for Tender Board (TB):

  • Review and update user access for the Tender Board.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field.
  • Familiar with financial control processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing financial and operational data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
