  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

They are looking for a Deputy Director to be part of the HR management team that conceptualizes, designs, develops and delivers effective people management and development policies, systems and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents.

Build strategic partnerships with line departments and divisions , focusing on developing recruitment strategies to identify skills shortages, recruitment sources and ensuring the right staffing levels to meet the desired workforce and business needs.

You will also be developing and implementing innovative, progressive and appropriate HR strategies on manpower planning, staffing, job design, talent acquisition, staff retention, performance management, employee relations and change management, in line with the Group HR strategies and plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree preferably with postgraduate qualification in HR.
  • At least 12 years of experience in generalist HR management function gained from large organisations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Strong leader with the maturity to deal with a broad range of challenges and proven track record of managing and developing teams
  • Sound knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries will be an added advantage
