About the role

As the Maintenance Manager at People Advantage Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the West Region. This is a full-time role located in the West Region, and you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimise the performance and lifespan of our equipment and facilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to operations
  • Analyse maintenance data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • What we're looking for

    • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in security CCTV / surveillance system or related field will have advantage
    • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address maintenance challenges effectively
    • Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
    • ITIL certification preferred
    • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
    • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
