  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of Life Claims processing, covering Death, Critical Illness, TPD, Life Hospital and Surgical, and Personal Accident claims, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication.
  • Manage compliance and corrective actions within the Claims Department, aligning with internal SOPs, regulatory standards, and HSBC policies.
  • Perform routine claims quality audits, verifying adherence to KPIs and claims SOPs, and implement corrective and preventive solutions where necessary.
  • Respond to claims-related inquiries from both customers and distribution partners.

The Successful Applicant
  • Possess a Degree or Diploma, accompanied by relevant experience in life or group term life claims or broader insurance industry exposure.
  • Candidates with prior experience in insurance companies and a strong interest in risk management and compliance, particularly in claims handling, are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
