Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Security Operations)

In this role, you will:

  • Be involved in security operations work such as maintaining high security posture and readiness through a) high availability of security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV surveillance, IDS etc), b) access control management, and c) conduct of security risk assessments and review of Security Protection Plan
  • Manage the contract for both Armed and Unarmed Security Services under the Outcome-Based Contract (OBC)
  • Ensure security vendor meets performance standards and security outcome
  • Conduct regularly reviews and evaluation of contract performance
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies (e.g., Singapore Police Force and Military Security Department) to ensure compliance to security requirements
  • Familiar with relevant legislature such as the Infrastructure Protection Act (IPA)

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Management and Security Studies/Security Management/Security Technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think at the systems-level to make informed decision
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and possess a strong mission-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and motivate team members to achieve work objectives
