How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Changi South (Near EXPO MRT)

Will Rotate monthly for the shift.
Official Hours: Mon to Fri / Alt Sat (1 month work 2 Saturdays)


Monday to Friday (Office Hours) (Between this few timings)
shift 1: 8am to 5 / 5.30pm
Shift 2: 8 / 9am to 6pm
shift 3: 9.30am to 7pm
shift 4 : 10am to 7pm

Alternate Saturdays (Between this 3 timings)
Shifts: 11am to 3pm
Shifts: 8am to 12pm
Shifts: 9am to 1pm


Salary:
$2100 basic
* After probation every month will have KPI incentive if hit between $600-$700 per month


Job Scope:
• Answer all queries, requests from customers by email and/or by phone
• Forward queries/requests to the right functions/teams for the necessary follow up and closure of the query/request.
• Manages shipment tracking and trace requests from customer on timely manner.
• Escalation/Exception-Handling: Handles customer escalations from customers on a timely manner.
• Complaint-Handling: Handles and addresses complaints end-to-end
• Provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow through end-to-end.
• Manages and investigates customer Claims
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions.
